Founder & Executive Director
Over the last fifteen years, Frank has been active in the Latino community as an advocate for youth. Frank has spent time working with Salt Lake CAP Head Start, ARTEC, Colors of Success, Centro de la Familia ranging from prevention to intervention service positions directly working with families and youth. Frank’s focus is to develop prevention programs that teach males how to enhance parenting skills through healthy fatherhood programming. Frank’s objective is to create alliances with Utah agencies and fatherhood initiatives.

    Aubrie is currently an educator and program coordinator at Families and Fathers Coalition of Utah. With a Bachelor’s degree in Family Science from Utah Valley University (UVU), Aubrie has built a diverse and impactful career in education and leadership. During her time at UVU, she served as the Vice President of the National Society of Leadership and Success, where she honed her skills in leadership and organizational management. Her practical experience includes interning at two elementary schools, where she gained hands-on experience in educational settings. In addition to her current work, Aubrie is pursuing a Master’s degree in School Counseling, with the goal of becoming a high school counselor. She is passionate about supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development. With her background in family science and leadership, Aubrie is committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of students, families, and the broader community.

    Jared Sturm is a seasoned educator with a comprehensive background in teaching, curriculum design, and social services. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Education from Utah Valley University (UVU) and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University (WGU). Jared has taught at Westlake High School, where they specialized in English, Creative Writing, and College Writing, and served as an advisor for the student council. Currently, Jared is a Prevention Specialist Educator at the Fathers and Families Coalition of Utah, where they help lead programs focused on building uplifting relationships, enhancing employment skills, and preparing for fatherhood

Molly Johnson

    Molly Johnson is a Prevention Specialist Educator at FFCU, bringing over five years of experience in K-12 math tutoring. She graduated from high school while dual-enrolled in an associate’s degree program in Interdisciplinary Studies, providing her with a strong educational foundation. Certified in Dyscalculia Tutoring, Molly supports students facing math challenges and specializes in helping high schoolers catch up on credits to graduate on time. She employs an individualized approach, adapting her strategies to each student’s unique perspectives, experiences, and learning styles. Her passion for data-driven education enables her to effectively monitor progress through student surveys and statistical analysis. Molly excels in mentoring, offering guidance and emotional support to foster emotional intelligence and strong relationships. Driven by her mission to equip kids and teens with the tools they need to succeed, Molly creates a supportive environment where students can thrive both academically and personally.
